To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入去食野,周圍都係吉枱,求其坐低左一張枱,比個侍應罵,叫我起返身,坐去第二張枱。個豬軟骨湯飯好難食,啲骨硬到咬唔入,啲湯又清到水咁,啲肉得個咸字,最差係服務態度。重有啲烏藪周圍飛,飛上個頭到爬下爬下。價錢又唔係平,簡直係巨伏。本身諗住佢張枱夠大,點能知個侍應要我坐張勁細勁逼既枱,我想反佢枱,不過我無咁做,我決定上黎寫臭呢間鋪,寫衰呢間鋪,想試下咩叫伏,大家可以去試下,包你一去無回頭,恭喜呢間鋪得到負評,恭喜哂。
