今天想訂蛋糕跟朋友慶生。一心打電話預約及訂蛋糕。就被不禮貌對待。我打電話問有冇某一款蛋糕,然後佢話今曰無呀,我再問幾時有呀,聽日有冇呀?之後佢唔耐煩,叫我黎佢餐廳睇,佢並沒講bye, 亦無等我講完,就cut我線。我唔明點解要收我線,之後我再打多一次,比多次機會佢。我問訂蛋糕同餐廳既事,個職員勁快咁講website比我聽,之後叫我上網睇,然後趕住收我線。我都無癮了。就算幾好食既餐廳,都應該有禮貌對待客戶。
