To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開荔枝角，見到馬路邊有呢間小小的餐廳，望落好似唔錯同朋友每人嗌咗一個午餐，先有「燒豬脾拼帶子飯」（無記錯係$55），豬脾切好薄片上，個汁都幾好，一般茶記風味，炸帶子係即食果種，都係預備中既味道，綜合嚟講唔錯另一個係「日式焗咖喱雞皇飯」（好似都係$55），焗飯份量好大，一定夠飽，芝士味都好香濃，雞皇係雞扒切塊，唔韌，撈汁都好好食，不過啲汁就稍為多咗啲隨餐跟兩個湯，一白一紅，唔太特別，略為淺咗少少。最後兩杯餐飲（$3），奶茶值得一讚，風味都幾平衡，唔會太甜～整體嚟講，今時今日五十零蚊，呢個質素已好滿意喇！
