To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人好少寫食評，但真係伏先會寫食評，希望大家唔會再中伏！本身茶木呢個名就聽得多，估唔到第一次食茶木 ，就中伏，作為台菜黎講，真係唔合格！中午叫左個lunch set 首先，個肉燥飯肉燥偏少 味道很一般其次，另一道菜，雞肉肉質「孩」到阿媽都唔認得前菜同飲品就正正常常啦埋單90幾蚊 另外，一入座，餐抬要叫人抹先有人黎清潔，果時仲要唔算多人，入座率得6成左右，服務完全唔值加一 ！減一就差唔多，難怪午飯時段得6成入座率一句講晒「不推薦 ，無下次」！
