To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個月嘅工作進度提早超額完成,同同事決定要好好獎勵自己🥳最正莫過於食餐好,同事比我揀之下,我就揀至愛嘅日本菜🇯🇵上環嘅鮨燐,最近做緊8折,我點嘅壽司11貫omakase,折後只要$438,就食到精緻嘅一餐~有齊沙律,茶碗蒸,湯同甜品。🍣北海道墨烏賊,用竹炭鹽做調味,口感彈牙,嫩中帶脆。🍣熊本縣雅鯛,肉質鮮嫩細緻,味道淡雅,帶有一點甘甜。🍣北海道帆立貝簡單用豉油+青檸汁調味,令鮮味同甜味都好突出。🍣大分深海池魚 清甜爽脆,魚皮輕燒過,豐富魚油香。🍣岩手縣赤貝外層爽脆,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮美。🍣鰤魚魚脂清爽,油香中滲出鮮甜。🍣兵庫縣甜蝦兵庫縣甜蝦一向較高級,特別鐘意黏口嘅口感同甜美。🍣鹿兒島大吞拿魚腩未算十分肥美,但油香味依然充足。🍣 醬油漬中拖恰到好處嘅油脂,醬油漬令味道更香濃。🍣北海道馬糞海膽我本身對海膽腥味十分敏感,但呢個完全沒有,絕對鮮甜。🍣長崎縣鯖魚十分新鮮,魚味豐厚,肉質有彈性。🍣吞拿魚蓉手卷口感香滑,不失肥美,搭配細蔥香味更濃。
