To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同男朋友去完迪士尼唔知食咩好，就出返東涌試下呢間燒肉快餐店啦原來要自己搵位，都等左好一陣先有位，枱同枱中間都幾逼，完全聽晒隔離枱講野🙉我今次點左個「次男坊定食」，佢係美國肩脊肉初時一望覺得好似好細碗，但原來食落都幾飽。啲汁好好味，送飯一流，啲肉都有好多塊，唔算韌，好好食。佢仲跟餐送左枝道地解茶，食完啲油膩野飲返枝解茶就岩晒啦，即刻減低罪惡感
