每次黎到駱駝漆呢層都會聞到好香,終於約到今晚嚟試吓。壽喜燒嚟講呢個定價都唔算好貴,叫咗赤身和牛同霜降和牛餐,二人份量會放埋一齊,每一塊店員都會幫手燒埋。霜降和牛淨係睇個樣已經知好食,雪花分布超靚,好似大理石紋咁。 最鍾意沙巴當,即係上肩里脊肉,近乎入口即溶超級香,點埋蘭王蛋好滑。三筋肉,即係牛板腱都唔錯,軟滑得黎中間嘅筋腱有啲彈牙咬口。後腿肉同上肩肉雖然明顯瘦啲,但肉味濃好多。 因為火候控制得好,肉質軟腍,同霜降和牛相比其實都唔遜色。最後嘅濕炒飯用返壽喜燒汁加蛋同牛肉片去炒,以為一樣味會好膩,估唔到風味完全唔同,紫菜飯素好香好夾。
