今日同同事試咗一間酒店嘅半自助午餐(12:00-14:30),$168/位,選一款主菜,外面沙律菜、炸物、熱盤、甜品任拎,性價比極高。沙律菜主要有粟米、蕃茄、南瓜粒、茘枝、Mix Vegatables,醬汁主要有芝麻/凱撒沙律汁,任意配搭。炸物當天有3 款 - 薯餅、麥樂雞、章魚小丸子,食落去嘅時候香脆熱辣辣,好高質。主菜今次主菜揀咗紅酒燴牛尾同埋墨魚汁海鮮意粉,牛尾煮至軟腍,而且非常入味,另外墨魚汁海鮮意粉同樣高質,意粉吸收左海鮮嘅鮮味。甜品一去到甜品區已經比朱古力噴泉吸引住,仲有大大個維記雪糕櫃,可以自由DIY,另外Titamisu、apple crumble、Opera蛋糕,選擇豐富。
