To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日好想去食泰國野,跟住我同事提議去食呢間於是就去食下啦,去到門口以為好多人,可能食唔到,都知原來間野入面好大,lunchtime都唔怕等好耐。我叫左個海南雞飯,呢個係我有生而來覺得最正宗既海南雞飯,個d雞好滑而且係冇骨,有D成日油雞扮海南雞真心頂唔順。唯一係個飯可能係Lunchtime時間唔係好整得切有少少生米粒咁,但味道還是不錯既haha。而我個同事就叫左個牛腩飯,我偷左少少黎食,個汁真係好好好好味呀,充滿著椰奶香,但係份量就少左d,以性價比講雞飯會抵食d,因為仲包左碗湯,好溫暖呀!
