今日慶祝父親節,特登2星期前Book檯,Order招牌套餐($288/人)(1)蟹肉扒金山勾翅一上第一道菜,翅大大塊,好有氣派湯底咸咸地,有d黏口帶膠質,爸爸話好食過去飲果d翅(2)天下第一雞外皮有大量芝麻,食落口味道好似煎堆咁,香香脆脆,家人都讚好食(3)原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味依道菜有d失望位,海蔘有怪味,冬菇厚肉但唔入味,鮑魚不錯加返分。(4)花雕海蟹蒸蛋白花雕酒味太濃烈,遮左蟹既鮮甜既同時,變得有苦味。如少點花雕會更好味。(5)蒜蓉蒸粉絲雖然食得出係雪藏貨,但帶子位尚算大粒,味道可以。(6)一蝦三食蝦丸中間有芝士加分,但蝦丸本身唔彈牙(多粉)。黃金蝦,咸蛋黃加糖混合既外皮可口,但蝦肉本身無乜鮮味豉油蝦,調味不錯,同樣問題,蝦唔係新鮮。(7)炒飯其貌不揚既炒飯出奇地好食,粒粒分明,有胡椒香味,炒得好香,好味道!(8)瑤柱菜心原本menu寫係瑤柱西蘭花,但變左菜心,差咁d,因為菜心掛唔到汁!但瑤柱汁鮮甜,幾正(9)蒸海班讚!火候岩岩好,蒸出黎既魚嫩滑無比!(10)芒果布丁中間有芒果粒,但茫果布丁本身無布丁既彈彈滑滑既質感,係因為加多左水?性價比高,$288竟然食到咁多道菜又有海鮮但大廈人
