To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起自助餐， 普慶餐廳喺香港來說算係數一數二抵食又豐富嘅自助餐。 對比起其他酒店， 佢嘅款式又多又好味， 琳瑯滿目。如果想去食普慶餐廳， 記得要預先訂位。 我哋一行四人， 慶祝生日， 已經預先係一個月前訂位。自助餐嘅時間可以食成四個鐘， 可以舒舒服服咁一碟一碟嚟攞。 自助餐好多驚喜， 有超多嘅凍海鮮， 仲有生蠔任食， 生蠔都特別鮮甜， 其他凍海鮮都好有水準。熟食區方面， 燒肉燒到好脆口， 海南雞飯好滑身， 質素都好好。自助餐仲有好多款式， 有唔同國家嘅特色食物， 應有盡有。 每個食客都食得好開心， 而且餐廳環境都好有香港嘅特色， 有唔少嘅霓虹燈裝飾， 令人賞心悅目。最後甜品區， 每件甜品都裝飾得好可愛， 令人攞完再攞。總言之， 呢間餐廳性價比好高， 食物質素也非常捧， 我地會成日嚟！
