To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係openrice搵到呢間餐廳但地點其實有夠難搵跟據地址圍住幢大廈兜左個圈先知，因為入口唔係正面係警署同麥記中間果面先係入口番茄紅菜頭湯意外發現原來都係一種唔錯既配搭因為配左紅菜頭之後湯有番茄味但唔會好酸因為中和左反而有點甜甜地既味道普通法包，就咁食有d乾但用黎點湯就冇咩問題香草燒法式紐西蘭羊仔架一般餐廳都是2塊羊架呢度有3塊感覺cp值都幾高雖然冇問要幾成熟7成熟剛剛好易切又唔會過火因為有鹽同胡椒調味唔點燒汁會更加好食燒汁會搶左羊架既味道佢唔會話好大陣羊騷味如果都係膽心有騷味可以試下配埋薄荷醬燒雞扒拼烤菇雞扒普通但依然鎖住肉汁菇反而好食d即使烤完之後都仲Juicy 因為驚唔夠食所以叫多左個椒鹽薯條上碟果陣真係俾佢嚇親雖然40幾蚊但勁大兜熱辣辣炸起好好食薯條係實心有薯仔肉唔係只得粉同皮既薯條

感覺cp值都幾高
雖然冇問要幾成熟
7成熟剛剛好
易切又唔會過火
因為有鹽同胡椒調味
唔點燒汁會更加好食

佢唔會話好大陣羊騷味
如果都係膽心有騷味可以試下配埋薄荷醬
