呢晚同男友睇戲前揀左黎食<火山燒>放題,平日每位$298,任燒任食餐單上各款食材,我地今次係5-7pm時段仲有8折添!呢度其中既賣點就係佢唔係用電爐,唔係用炭,而係用日本熔岩冷卻而成既高溫石,所以食物可以好快熟而且鎖住肉汁~醬汁調味邊面有蜜糖,辣汁,日式醬油,鹽,胡椒,七味粉,連調味都咁多種,一啲都唔馬虎開始前店員推介一個和牛海鮮盛,每位+$88,就包括左勁大隻虎蝦,鮑魚,翡翠螺各一隻,聽落都好抵,所以我地加左試下!另外店員仲推介我地加多兩隻胭脂蚌($68)一上枱,嘩完全估唔到隻虎蝦咁大隻,大過手板,$88真係好抵~~店員會詢問我地想廚房幫我地燒定用反我地個爐燒,我地就揀左係面前燒~~~店員幫我地加左個蓋燒焗,幾分鐘後燒好就幫我地上埋碟虎蝦彈牙爽口,仲有好多膏胭脂蚌非常鮮甜,果然無介紹錯!!鮑魚同螺都肉厚有嚼勁,新鮮~澳洲和牛肉味濃,油膩豐富,肉汁鎖哂係入面~~~之後就開始燒我地畫紙仔點既燒物喇!竟然生蠔都有得任燒三色椒香甜好味!牛肩肉,薄薄一片燒兩燒就熟了香草羊背肋,肉質有彈性又多肉汁,encore 左兩次!糯米雞肉好特別一定要試呀!燒到外脆內煙un,中間係免治雞肉,

大蔥雞肉同雞翼最驚喜,雞翼既醃料好香好惹味,男友話好似燒乳鴿味 超多蒜泥牛油既多士,好香口呢~
