Restaurant: 意樂餐廳 (囍逸)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有種唸法係連鎖餐廳梗係比小店差啦,但今時今日我會發覺好多所謂嘅小店其實比連鎖餐廳做得更差,單憑果d所謂嘅小店人情味其實我寧願去連鎖餐廳,起碼價錢貴少少但環境同食物質素都好一點至少。意樂我覺得係做得唔錯嘅連鎖餐廳, 不過佢個兄弟百分百餐廳就好睇地區,有啲地方真係麻麻哋。意樂我淨係食個午餐同晚餐仲未食過早餐,今日特登朝頭早黎粉嶺呢間意樂食個早餐。要咗個炸魚柳餐肉腸仔配牛油粟米粒同埋蒜蓉多士,另加咗個火腿通粉($8)再飲即磨咖啡,盛惠47蚊,加埋裝修黎講OK既。火腿通先來,湯是忌廉雞湯,唔算濃但叫做有交代。火腿同通粉都正常。魚柳餐有擺盛,這點茶餐廳來說值得加分,魚柳算是外脆內軟,腸仔餐肉炸的有點乾身,栗米真的有淡淡牛油味,蒜蓉多士都算係外脆內軟,蒜蓉味適中。即磨咖啡或新唔錯嘅咖啡香,當然冇期望係好高品質咖啡豆啦,但都算唔錯。價錢當然比普通茶餐廳貴少少,但係咁嘅裝修咁嘅舒適度雖然食物質素唔係話好正但係已經夠殺。PS 今時今日其實做餐廳只要你比正常好少少再加返少少裝修已經好過好大部份嘅餐廳,所以意樂同埋百分百餐廳係依度永遠都係最多人排隊嘅餐廳。

即磨咖啡或新唔錯嘅咖啡香,當然冇期望係好高品質咖啡豆啦,但都算唔錯。
