To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲未去到日本, 我先去富山麵家食個日式拉麵當去了旅行，真係有驚喜！首先講下環境，佢地嘅裝修好簡潔，但都乾淨企理，令人感覺好舒服。座位嘅間隔都有D距離，唔會太擠迫。服務方面，員工好有禮貌，好快就幫我哋點餐同上菜。食物就有少少失望！我點咗冠軍黑醬油拉麵同埋富山灣白鹽蝦拉麵，冠軍黑醬油拉麵湯汁夠濃郁，但富山灣白鹽蝦拉麵可以用只有鹹味黎形容，而且麵條無得揀粗/幼或硬身/淋身，我個人口味覺得麵條稍嫌有點硬。但一個around HK$100餐仲有埋一款小食同飲品都確係好抵~~~小食反而好好食--熟芥末章魚同章魚燒燒得啱啱好，唔會太硬，好香口又夠味。最後，叫咗杯用士多啤梨樽裝著的蜂蜜綠茶，好清新唔會太甜，好爽好fresh！總括而言，富山麵家嘅性價比非常高，中意硬拉麵朋友可以一試。
