To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意中見到做超抵優惠，買一送一加送小朋友，人均2百一個，就預訂了年初一上船食晚餐，順便帶囡囡睇下幻彩詠香江。本來無太大期望的自助餐，反而又有些許驚喜。佢不算有很多名貴食物，海鮮好像只有兩三款，我只試了蝦，但夠新鮮很爽口彈牙，熱盤味道也可以，及都有及時補上食物，蛋糕款式算多，而且不會太甜，最好味是麵包布甸。而且有真人唱live, 節日氣氛濃厚，很適合帶小朋友去睇下維港夜景又食少少，價錢不貴，平民價之選
