平時Lunch時間經過鰂魚涌間八幡平都好多人食,次次想食都食唔成😅呢日唔夠時間買餸無煮到飯就特登過去幫襯吓☺️呢度係半放題形式,出面自助區有飯|湯|沙律|水|餐具 可以自取,我地落完單就出嚟攞住沙律,飯先,再等我地嘅牛牛😌🥩八幡平招牌牛扒 270g $125日本巨物元貝 +$25見呢度叫任何扒餐加$25就可以要埋日本巨物元貝咁當然加埋啦☺️講返牛扒先,石燒嘅好處係可以自由控制生熟度,我鍾意食around 7成熟就可以切開細細件再慢慢等佢熟😌燒完後仲可以自己加鹽/醬汁調味👍🏻牛扒肉味濃郁,肉質細膩,口感軟熟,肉汁豐富😋元貝真係超巨型😍煎熟後落少少鹽調味就已經好鮮甜😍🥩牛柳 200g $130日本巨物元貝 +$25牛柳肉質幼嫩,口感軟腍,呢份比小朋友食所以煎得熟d,牛柳就算煎到全熟都好腍👍🏻
