To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友做完嘢坐低搵啲嘢食吓,去咗一個我唔太熟悉嘅地方就係秀茂坪商場,所以今次負責搵嘢食嘅係我朋友,但係睇完都冇乜嘢特別大吸引力嘅餐廳,所以結果佢話你依間百分百,因為比較穩陣。分別叫咗炸原隻雞髀餐配脆脆薯條,花生醬金磚西多士配煉奶,仲有欖菜肉鬆炒飯,加埋凍檸茶。炸雞髀都算幾大隻同埋好脆,不過好奇怪薯條就係凍嘅,所以就同佢哋講換返一份,之後來嗰份就新鮮熱辣,好好多。西多士都幾好味,今次特登配煉奶唔要糖漿,食落去更加似多士。欖菜肉鬆炒飯味道完全冇問題,不過亦都冇乜驚喜。想講今次佢哋嘅服務態度非常之好,所以服務依方面印象好深。
