To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次晚上經過都見到滿座，一直都好奇這間晚餐如何。海鮮魚生飯跟餐有手卷才82蚊性價比很好而同行另叫壽司set跟餐細海鮮湯也好喝，另點雞皮串燒得軟硬剛剛好，整體都不錯亦平民路線。耐何食到前半問題開始,手卷太上重下輕而托盤附載不了結果自行倒了部份魚籽落地。承載鼓油盤久久沒洗清仍有污積。由於姐姐們太心急做下一張單,吃完便趕著收碗結果碰到剛沖了過熱的熱茶倒瀉落同行處。及後除了道歉亦不懂適當處理,結果要自行用濕紙巾涼及傷口但也紅足了一日。最後還繼續沖熱茶其實是反效果,雖說是不小心沒什麼好說但處理不當下，結果原本不差的一餐也變成失望離場。
