To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 浦和日本料理係上環開左好多年,門口狹小唔太顯眼,但其實餐廳非常之大,有幾千呎,座位都寬闊,坐得舒服,放題有精選、升級、特上三種可以揀,價錢相差$100左右,我揀左中間升級放題😋.刺身上得幾快同埋新鮮,一坐底就有一個升級刺身拼盤,冇咩冰味同雪味,另外我仲叫左我最鍾意加拿大海膽壽司🤤海膽唔腥,份量仲好多.除左刺身同壽司,仲有好多鍋物、燒物、炸物同一品料理,比較有驚喜既係炸櫻花蝦🤣脆口有口感,送酒真係一流,清酒、梅酒和啤酒任君選擇
