To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖椒皮蛋發覺每間譚仔既擺法都有d唔同😂😂 呢間係蛋黃向上👌🏻 今次皮蛋蛋黃比較大，個人喜歡蛋黃細d，食落口感會好d同無咁滯🤭-冰檸茶(少冰少甜）少冰都好多冰🤨 要自己再夾走d冰🧊-過橋米線🍜 配蕃茄湯底🍅唔太肚餓時，都會選擇兩個人share一碗過橋米總，因為餸會比較多，自己想食咩就夾咩😉 自從出左蕃茄湯底之後，就少咗叫胡辣🤭 因為感覺上比較健康，食唔到辣嘅朋友多個選擇🤪 -不過注意返：三哥嘅蕃茄湯底，比起普通譚仔店鋪係好食啲，望落去係紅啲同埋真係有蕃茄🤔 有時唔係好明點解大家都係一樣菜式，但整出嚟係會唔同味道。如果唔同嘅點解唔改過個名🤔
