原先擔心種類多吃不了會做成浪費,唯聽友人之說 食物份量輕盈,加上又能滿足貪心選擇,我們分別要了滷水鵝肝煙三文魚配紅麥芽蜜糖芥末醬及燒鵝肝松露醬野菌焗飯各一客。

下單後急不及待自行到食物桌上「素描」一番,前菜款式包括新鮮菜蔬如羅馬生菜,紫生菜,紅邊生菜和狗芽菜、薯仔甘筍沙律、粟米粒、車厘茄、青瓜、西芹,三角豆和提子乾,可按個人口味拌入凱撒、法式、千島等dressing,還有麵包脆碎和巴馬臣芝士碎,讓顧客自行製作一個合心意的清新沙律。

較特別的是這兒有韓式泡菜和涼拌粉皮供應,是日餐湯洋蔥湯,亦可吃到熱辣辣的小型麵包和多士,配果占或牛油,基本上與酒店找到的食物種類分別不大,左挑右選興奮不已,吃一碟已飽了一半。

加入清淡食材紅麥芽,適合講求健康營養平衡的人們

中西fusion菜式,擺盤清雅亮麗,注入西方風格元素,兩片厚切鵝肝以中式滷水泡製,不油不膩之餘,質感粉嫩軟潤,入口即化,淡淡鵝肝甘香滲滷水清幽,餘韻在口腔內持久不散。

煙三文魚質地紮實富彈性,面頭充滿油亮光澤,鹹味恰好不過火,擁有淡淡煙燻香,惹味誘人,蘸些蜜糖芥末醬同吃,濃郁酸甜味醒胃減膩,最後可以小杯紅麥芽混入爽甜多汁的啤梨和酸香番茄清新味蕾,紅麥芽口感脆口帶點點煙韌,最重要是纖維高兼營養豐富,食物份量果然如朋友所說的輕巧,在我而言只能當作輕食,較適合一般胃口小的女生。

以錫紙盛載的燒鵝肝松露醬野菌焗飯端來,店員為我們即場以剪刀介開,熱騰騰蒸氣混合松露菇菌與鵝肝香氣即時湧出,鮮冬菇和磨菇爽滑多汁,鵝肝軟潤,這個超強組合產生的美味不言而喻,吸收了汁料精華的米飯,超級惹味,略嫌飯粒偏軟腍。

與朋友相聚,談了許多,時間過得真快,就連甜品和餐茶也忘了...

筆者認為在這裏點一客半自助午餐,相比單叫較為划算,餐廳環境時尚優美,氣氛寧靜,是與三五知己或商業伙伴聚餐的好地方,擁有無敵海景相伴,定價還是可以接受。
