To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣間間都差吾多質素！主要分別就係環境同服務～悅來酒店附近嘅呢間元氣係比較傳統，無電子order，只有運輸帶同店員落單！我比較喜歡店員落單，感覺好似會新鮮過運輸帶上面咁😅壽司🍣榮螺爽口，帶有少少清甜，係我嘅至愛！槍尤魚上面有少少薑蓉可以減腥味！三文魚腩就好似一般，吾夠油感！花之戀嘅沙律醬幾好味，反而花之戀嘅三文魚好食過三文魚腩😁鰻魚不過不失，都算足料！午市會多人，想吾洗排隊最好就係下午茶時間
