To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晏晝同朋友想遠離office，靜靜地食餐lunch，特登由中環過嚟西環，果然冇令我哋失望首先啲裝修好靚，一入到去，成個感覺好舒服、放鬆同悠閑，枱櫈夠大，座位闊落我哋嗌咗青醬雞肉意粉、三文魚Bagel配沙律菜同咖啡青醬雞肉意粉有驚喜，青醬食得出係加咗芝士粉，個味好夾，意粉咬落好實淨好好咬，但又唔係硬嗰隻，值得一讚，三文魚Bagel，三文魚好大份，Bagel唔會太硬，沙律菜加咗醋，咖啡好香奶味，欣賞佢哋食物嘅份量，夠飽得嚟唔怕太大份好開心可以食個悠閑嘅lunch，有機會一定再嚟

青醬雞肉意粉有驚喜，青醬食得出係加咗芝士粉，個味好夾，意粉咬落好實淨好好咬，但又唔係硬嗰隻，值得一讚，三文魚Bagel，三文魚好大份，Bagel唔會太硬，沙律菜加咗醋，咖啡好香奶味，欣賞佢哋食物嘅份量，夠飽得嚟唔怕太大份
