To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同姊妹係上環漫遊，行行下有 D 餓，見到呢間「稍息」，之前未食過，一於就入去試下喇~我食嘅係日式野菌豚肉卷 set~咁啱啱上枱就聞到一陣陣嘅燒豬肉香氣，D 豬肉好嫩好多汁，配埋啲野菌，口感好豐富~茶碗蒸都係好滑好嫩，佢嘅湯汁都好鮮美，每一啖都好滿足，感覺好舒服~另外仲有牛蒡醬油漬物同枝豆。牛蒡醬油漬物好爽口，啲牛蒡嘅甜味同醬油嘅鹹味好搭配，只係我一直都唔中意食漬物。而枝豆就係一個簡單又好味嘅健康小食，啲豆粒咬落去好爽口，真係好好味！最後就飲埋個蜆湯～嚟緊呢個天氣，飲碗熱辣辣嘅蜆湯真係好舒服。湯底鮮甜，啲蜆肉都好鮮嫩～
