呢間揉合咗美食、咖啡同酒吧於一身嘅餐廳近期好hit,Bookmark咗好耐,終於同朋友嚟chill下!室內環境簡潔,特大窗景位正面向中環街景,打卡一流!Hand Cut Beef Tartare “four ways” ($168)橄欖多士同牛肉他他係分開上,另外再配上醃漬小黃瓜、西班牙小紅椒同日本雞蛋黃。多士外脆內軟,客人可隨意mix & match,每一啖嘅味道同口感都好豐富。Wagyu Bavette ($298)用咗澳洲和牛比較冷門嘅部位,肋骨對落,腩位上啲,肥膏較少,肉味相對濃郁。不過入口仍然有脂香,點埋個甜甜哋嘅蘑菇醬,好開胃!Burnt cheesecake ($68)切開嘅時候,個心帶有少少流心狀態咁,超吸引!入口細緻軟滑,芝士味道香濃,甜度適中,感覺好輕盈,清爽而不膩!
