磯野水餐,真是跟情人慶祝的好地方!這裏的裝潢像居酒屋一樣,我還可以直接看見店員準備海鮮濱燒的過程先點了個前菜$30,有蘿蔔、芹菜等等新鮮的蔬菜,配上多春魚和沙甸魚醬,醬下有一個少燭台,那醬就不會因為放涼而腥,還可以蓋過蔬菜的草腥味!滑子菇蟹肉沙律$158,蟹肉很多,沙律醬是酸的,很開胃!這間店跟日本的三重縣志摩市合作,它所用的食材是從這個市供港的,感覺好新鮮,所以我點了兩款試一下第一款是鰈魚,第一次吃這種魚,切開它原來是透明的,師傅把它切得很簿很簿,給人很鮮甜的感覺第二款是八爪魚糕芋卷$88,這裡有兩塊,裏面是八爪魚膠,很爽滑彈牙,外層是用芋線繞成一個球狀,再把它炸至乾身,還瀝乾了油份海膽野菜天婦羅$128也很出色,有花菇、甜薯等等手卷點了北海道馬糞海膽手卷$98和蔥吞拿魚腩蓉手卷$88,馬糞鮮甜,有一陣陣海水味道,色澤金黃,而吞拿魚加了蔥去除魚腥味,魚更蔥一齊吃的時候變得更有口感,而且份量挺多,食材也很新鮮!我們還叫了一個餐牌上沒有的菜 - 日本黑豚煙肉$88,肉是肥瘦分明,店員最後用火槍燒了一下,把油迫出來,吃的時候就不會太油磯燒海鮮蒸蛋$78有蟹籽、蟹柳、三文魚、冬菇等等,蛋蒸得

濱燒方面,這也是第一次嚐到的,它是吞拿魚的前額,店員把它燒成半熟的狀態,魚真的前所未有很滑,魚油全鎖在魚肉裏,每一口也是充滿著豐富的魚油

有薯濃濃的蕃薯味,跟吃真的蕃薯一樣

柚子雪芭$48冰冰的,吃的時候又甜又酸,飽的時候吃還真不錯!
巨峰果酒$46的酒味不是太重,巨峰的味道較濃,所以很易入口,很快便喝完了

雖然今晚的消費真的比較昂貴,但食物質素和餐廳服務真是物超所值,偶然來這裡慶祝真的不錯!
