To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同傻鬼晚上9時才收工, 在灣仔見面後就來此店食粥就回家...2個人叫左個白鱔豬潤粥($45), 折骨泥猛粥($22), 生菜($10)及一碟炒麵($12)....菜及炒麵都好一般啦唔使點提, 不過佢d粥真係唔錯特別係個白鱔豬潤好出色d鱔好鮮甜令到個粥底都好甜好香魚味; 反而佢地個泥猛粥就一般啦而且d骨都未去得清如果小朋友食就麻煩啦.
