情人節特登請早一日假，食個高質日本料理慶祝。餐廳店面都好闊落，位置坐得舒服，感覺好乾淨企理，位置方便，就在尖沙咀SOGO隔離。我哋兩人叫了兩個套餐，分別點了松葉蟹&海膽甲羅燒石鍋飯御膳，以及A5和牛涮涮鍋御膳一人前。石鍋飯剛上枱時已夠驚喜，好IG-able！將啲蟹肉同蟹籽都充分攪拌，配上微飯焦，on top 配埋鮮甜嘅海膽，食起嚟味道好濃郁有口感！和牛涮涮鍋都好有份量，牛肩同牛舌好嫩，不愧為A5和牛，油脂香濃，但又唔覺膩。成個set由前菜沙律、蒸蛋、麵鼓湯至甜品都唔少得，食完都好飽足！特別一提佢個蒸蛋，好滑好香！會想再回頭試埋其他未食過的菜式。
