Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我呢～就唔算好怕肥，燒雞皮呀！干炒牛河呢類肥野我係唔怕食，重好鐘意添！呢間野個名比較橋口，叫澳門咖哩王新鮮腩，係聽講有個川醬干炒牛好出名，我炒牛河已經夠吸引啦！重加川醬咁重口，聽到都食指大動啦！去到間野其實都幾泰國feel，我唔鐘意飲凍飲，甜野，所以叫咗佢一個雜菜湯，重發現佢除咗川醬牛河重有川醬炒飯，我當堂陷入選擇困難症，呀！炒飯好耐冇食呀！但我為炒河黎㗎喎！最後當然兩樣叫哂！第一，佢個雜菜湯好夠味，佢重強調冇味精，加多嘀胡椒粉直頭成個羅宋湯咁！超正！第三，佢個炒飯好食過個牛河！好多大隻嘅櫻花蝦好脆，個川醬夠辣夠香，炒得夠乾身，唔油。但我想話嘅係，我近呢兩次去個炒飯嘀配料唔同左，重冇哂嘀櫻花蝦，但炒工依舊，um.....家下時勢難撈，我都明嘅，呀下、呀下～
