自助餐又食唔曬,就咁一個主菜又唔夠食,最近發現原來星期六日銅鑼灣都有semi buffet,啱曬啲細食又想試唔同種類嘅朋友,當然大胃王梗係絕對冇問題啦!呢度嘅semi buffet係每位98蚊,可以加低至48蚊就有個主菜🍽️📌美國頂級牛板腱配蘑菇燒汁🐮 +$158叫左Medium-Well,即係牛板腱雙面各煎四分鐘外層 - 暗紅🧱中間 - 褐色🚪正中心 - 粉嫩紅🩷肉質鮮嫩多汁,牛板腱肉味香濃,配埋蘑菇燒汁,令到味蕾升至極致。拌埋底下綿密幼細嘅番薯蓉,入口即溶,伴碟靚之餘仲好高質👍🏻📌牛肝菌蘑菇意大利飯🍚 +$58向來GG都好鍾意食意大利飯,但係要煮得好食係一啲都唔簡單,絕對係直接反映廚師嘅功架👨🏻‍🍳🔥呢個意大利飯嘅口感煮得啱啱好,唔會過硬,質地creamy得嚟又彈牙,每一粒米都吸到湯嘅精華。而且兩塊雞髀菇鎅個紋都好吸引,而且煎得好出色🤤📌是日餐湯非常新鮮嘅蕃茄湯,超濃又綿滑,酸酸味味好開胃🍅📌自助吧可以自己狂加芝士粉🧀、煙肉碎🥓同麵包粒🍞嘅Salad🥗唔同嘅蔬菜🥦同埋沙律通粉仲有炸雞🐔、炸薯條🍟同唔少得嘅甜品:芝士蛋糕、泡芙🍰📌飲品🍺🥂🍾🍷🥃🥤☕🫖包咗一杯汽水或者茶凍檸茶都係㗎飲fl

叫左Medium-Well,即係牛板腱雙面各煎四分鐘
外層 - 暗紅🧱
中間 - 褐色🚪
正中心 - 粉嫩紅🩷

肉質鮮嫩多汁,牛板腱肉味香濃,配埋蘑菇燒汁,令到味蕾升至極致。拌埋底下綿密幼細嘅番薯蓉,入口即溶,伴碟靚之餘仲好高質👍🏻

🎂真係抵到一個點,唔怪得全場爆滿。今日仲有好多人慶祝生日添🕯️,侍應們紛紛為唔同枱嘅客人唱生日歌🎤,氣氛一流🤗
