To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近去了一家有情調的餐廳,一入餐廳便會為你送上餐包,餐包軟熟,有麵粉香。今次前菜我便選擇熱溶法國流心芝士沙律,沙律上桌,驚喜發現面上鋪上大量芝士,沙律、Cold cut都沾上了流心芝士,吃起來10分鹹香惹味。另一前菜,就選擇了比較少見的油封鵪鶉髀,鵪鶉髀肉質結實,有肉香,若嫌太細隻,不夠滿足。至於主食就選擇了豬鞍,店家特別選用伊比利亞黑毛豬,肥瘦相間,非常厚肉,而且煎得大約七成熟,入口軟熟,而且油香相當惹味。另一款煮食則是卡邦尼意粉,每條意粉都沾上了蛋汁,入口Creamy。最後又怎少得甜品呢?一向喜歡茶香的,當然會選擇伯爵茶熱帶果朱古力榛子脆,茶香豐腴,一啖軟線一啖脆口,口感和味道層次豐富。此外,餐廳非常細心在甜品碟上畫上祝福句,相當有心思。
