Restaurant: Genki Sushi (Un Chau Shopping Centre)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都有成幾個月冇食過元氣壽司,咁今晚諗唔到食咩所以就去食元氣啦。長沙灣呢間元氣星期六日真係要早啲嚟食,如果唔係七點鐘就已經有人排隊。點菜之前咁梗係要整個Wasabi豉油,一打開個Wasabi真係嚇親,好似好舊甘,Wasabi嘅顏色係深綠色,唔似一般嘅先鮮色甘,好似放咗好耐,搞到都唔係咁落咁多。另外壽司飯嘅份量比以往細咗有啲失望,刺身就一般,試咗個新嘅炙燒芝士菠菜三文魚,賣相就一般,上面有芝士菠菜同加少少粟米,加粟米就覺得有啲奇怪,食落似普通嘅炙燒三文魚,食唔出其他味道。朋友就覺得軟殼蟹手卷不錯,蟹炸得剛好,反而我覺得個炸蝦卷就幾好食,熱辣辣嘅炸蝦。
