To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評 就由我最鍾意嘅餐廳開始講起喇屏山老地方 係近期冒起嘅一間茶餐廳主打各款唔同口味嘅肉餅肉餅嘅種類 真係有成十幾款咁多而且每一款嘅口味都非常之特別今次試嘅第一款係榴槤煎肉餅 千祈唔好畀個名嚇親 平時對榴槤嘅喜愛度只屬一般 不過見咁有特色就一定要試下 肉餅外面煎得非常之香脆 裏面嘅榴槤係凍凍嘅 形成冰火嘅強烈感覺 估唔到甜甜嘅榴槤同鹹鹹嘅肉餅都幾夾 未試過嘅朋友真係可以一試第二款係口水雞肉餅 口水雞肉餅當然就係辣辣哋㗎啦 食得出有四川風味 不過好辣嘅朋友可能就會覺得唔夠喇 整體感覺尚好下次有機會 必定會試埋推介嘅牛角包 同埋黑炭包我想必定有好大嘅驚喜
