跟朋友去試燒牛同海鮮,佐敦港鐵站出,行幾分鐘就到。和匠,門面好和風日式感覺。餐牌多選擇,見到以牛同海鮮為主,有好多套餐選擇。先叫胡麻醬豆腐沙律$62,蔬菜新鮮。之後叫了小食,芥末八爪魚$48,好煙韌醒胃,仲有韓風泡菜$38,大白菜爽脆微辣。到主角Prime小牛排$138,同牛角切$168,表面睇脂肪分佈均勻,燒時反一次燒至外脆梗熟,點柚子醋,咬下油香滲出味道豐厚,醋可減輕肥膩感,入口即溶的口感。之後到重頭戲海鮮,先有日本產帆立貝$88@2隻,有牛油黑松露調味,燒完一邊在殻上反另一邊,好大隻鮮甜。出名的緬甸大虎蝦$260@兩隻,超大隻,肥美,劏開睇位置,燒四邊,爽口蝦肉,點燒汁醬。再燒豚腩肉$80,燒到大部分肥油滲出,肉質脆口。最後再叫海膽炒飯$108,一大舊海膽,先食,鮮甜甘香,飯底有爽口蝦仁,珍珠米飯圓粒粒,乾身唔黏口。
