To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假嚟咗美孚呢邊陪媽媽買完野行咗陣街覺得肚餓就周圍搵嘢食,意外地俾我哋搵到呢間叫香港地嘅餐廳,估唔到又幾好食,所以想同大家分享吓,一個福建炒飯竟然都可以做到咁出色,真係不得不讚,唔單止材料豐富,個汁仍調得好好,而且啲蝦仲要大大隻,平時食福建炒飯得個一兩隻蝦😣利到個福建炒飯滿滿嘅餸鋪係面,蝦都有咁多隻,係好味既👍🏻另外我哋仲叫咗個豉汁蒸倉魚餐,條魚大大條,兩個人食都唔係問題,而且佢整得好好,豉油又唔會好鹹,蒸嘅時間啱啱好,魚肉鮮嫩,送飯一流😋連媽媽都大讚呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅嘢真係好抵,下次會再幫襯🥳
