鐵板燒晚市一人前 (Teppanyaki Dinner Set) ($998)上次入住屯門黃金海岸酒店就已經比Hakata Concepts平台的藤波波座位所吸引~但天氣凍都係食完甘精緻的創作日式料理當晚心情超好,好滿意!絕對係生日/慶祝既不二之選先付-沖繩水雲擁有獨特的黏滑口感,配合柚子酸汁係超開胃亦好fresh的前菜鐵板蒸蛋- 半熟蘭王蒸蛋,蛋黃呈橙紅色,色澤光亮。雞蛋剪個小洞入放滿蟹肉羹同黑魚子味道令半熟蛋食落更多的層次感、豐盛&濃郁。日本帆立貝(時令海鮮)- 輕輕煎過既帆立貝厚肉鮮甜,口感紮實,夾埋紫菜食可以提鮮。甘鯛立鱗燒-甘鯛最獨特之處魚鱗都可被食用而且魚鱗可以「站起來」,鮮活貫穿始終,On top仲有紫蘇花令淡淡鮮嫩魚肉味再香少少,搭配酥酥脆脆的鱗片都真係唔錯。沙巴虎蝦- 望住虎蝦由長過手掌變到壽司大細都好有趣,虎蝦煎得好香,虎蝦既膏都冇浪費到!而係加埋落虎蝦下面係龍蝦汁意大利粥,口感食落有少少似Risotto。法國鵝肝-同樣煮得出濃郁的口感和鵝肝香氣,入口即化。磯煮蘿蔔亦成功令鵝肝易入口,冇甘heavy~十勝和牛/千歲豚- 簡單調味都已經好好食,十勝和牛細嫩多汁。我會中

味噌湯-同平時的味噌湯大同小異

最後甜品-焦糖多士作為這個套餐的尾聲真係冇得輸~極度邪惡又帶幸福~面層有滿滿的焦糖,燒得非常金黃香脆的多士再加上精緻的擺盤。如果需要蠟燭都可以request~開心~
