呢日路經旺角,忍唔住買啲街頭小食,見到依間店舖,有我最愛嘅炸物,而且店舖裝修乾淨企理,黑色加鮮黃色嘅對比色,好吸引,於是就入咗去買炸物返屋企食。脆皮無骨雞扒(椒鹽粉):外層的脆皮炸至金黃酥脆,一口咬下就能聽到卜卜聲。雞肉質地嫩滑,充滿著椒鹽粉的香氣,讓人回味無窮。脆皮台灣香腸:脆皮台灣香腸外層炸至酥脆金黃,咬開後散發著濃郁的香氣。嚼勁十足的肉質、咸香的香腸與脆皮的口感,非常美味。脆皮杏鮑菇(芝士粉):杏鮑菇外層酥脆,內部卻仍保持著鮮嫩的口感。搭配芝士粉,增添了豐富的奶香味道,讓這道菜更加美味。
