這夜來到銅鑼灣,走上了東角某專門店買完相機配件後,就在附近找找吃吧。來到駱克道面對著街上的傳單阿哥阿姐的你一言我一句,最後走上了螢壽司。甫開電梯門,大大的招牌與放了數個清酒桶的玄關,格局有感是一貫的樓上食店的設計。走進店內,壽司吧枱、放滿日本清樽作裝飾的牆身,也添上了幾份居酒屋的氣息。除了主餐牌外,晚市還有二人餐以供選擇,還有黑板上的廚師推介,有各色的刺身、盛合,另一端的則有燒物等熟食…螢特選刺身盛 $428想吃刺身但看著餐牌又無從入手,還好有黑板上廚師推介的螢特選刺身盛。我們選了馬糞海膽,配上牡丹蝦、油甘魚、間八及螢光魷魚,雖然款式在餐牌裡大概也找得到,然而單點的話相同價錢大概只能點選前三款吧。馬糞海膽入口幼滑,甘甜美味。油甘魚的清爽與間八的甘香,同樣吃出食材的新鮮。至於肥厚的牡丹蝦黏度十足,爽滑彈牙,不錯吃。若然沒將蝦丹蝦一開二的話,口感應該更見回味~蝦頭湯 $10 x 2牡丹蝦的美味,蝦頭也是不能錯過!正當我們還在計算如何吃多$20才能享用信用卡優惠之際,店員說可加錢將蝦頭弄成揚物或麵豉湯,$10一碗湯其實也是不錯之選。蝦頭湯拿起來已覺鮮香撲鼻。麵豉湯盡吸蝦頭的蝦膏精華,每一口均
