To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去咗荃灣打保齡,佢哋話有間隱世名店要介紹吓,咁就帶咗我嚟呢間越翠苑嚟食飯。餐廳係地舖嚟,唔算好難搵,不過內在環境啲位有少少窄,坐得有啲迫。但係都冇辦法,因為其實下午茶時間來講佢真係坐滿晒人。我哋好快就嗌左嘢食,首先嚟到嘅係呢一杯綠綠地色嘅飲品,佢就係傳說中嘅牛油果沙冰。杯嘢飲到牛油果嘅味,好似奶昔咁幾得意。之後上枱嘅就係呢個吹波雞髀飯,一睇見個Menu就好想知佢點樣吹波法,後尾據我哋研究,吹波應該係「炸」咁解。餐後感:呢間餐廳價錢唔算好平,不過真係幾好食。如果經過嘅話我都願意嚟食多次。
