週末到中環,朋友介紹到一幢五層高的餐廳連賣酒的地方,好有氣勢,外觀時尚,地下係酒吧,店員帶上一樓搭電梯到四樓高級餐廳,裝修甚有格調,以六角形組合的設計。餐前包係香草橄欖包,鬆軟綿綿的口感,烘得熱㷫㷫,外脆內軟,好美味的麵包了!頭盤有兩款,有三文魚他他配香草沙律配蜜糖汁,三文魚用了較肥美的魚生,口感香滑,魚味香濃及希臘沙律雞胸配檸檬汁,雞肉鮮甜,好大塊厚切連新鮮生菜配特制檸檬汁一齊食好清新。主菜點了Cod Parcel 鱈魚, 甚有驚喜的菜色,廚師好有創意,將厚厚的鱈魚配蘑菇粒菠菜蓉再用酥化皮包住,一道巧功夫的菜色,還可點上忌廉白汁,完美的主菜。另一主菜,加$50 點了烤煎USDA安格斯肉眼扒,肉質好稔,牛肉汁好juicy,五成熟烹調火喉剛好。甜品tiramisu 又一驚喜,黃色cream 因用了蛋黃,賣相與別不同,咖啡味蛋糕唔會太濃!Weekend 還有Tea set $328 兩個人, 下次要再來試下。呢餐lunch 每人$257真係好超值。
