Restaurant: Sour and Spicy Noodle (Luen Wo Road)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都知道傷心酸辣粉有雞煲/烤魚放題,但一直都冇試過,去開行山途經粉嶺,lunch要搵野食,我既同行人士突然話想食雞煲,我話咁就不如去傷心酸辣粉啦。粉嶺呢間分店仲平過市區分店,如果18:00前離座,每位只係$79 食90分鐘,18:00後都係$99/位就食120分鐘,除左任食仲係任飲。打開個menu睇,除左雞煲同烤魚,原來仲有肉骨茶煲、胡椒豬肚雞煲、藥膳雞煲同滋補雞煲可以選擇🥢麻辣雞煲🐔小辣雞煲炒得幾惹味,唔太辣少少麻,芹菜、芫荽、香料、辣椒辣醬一樣都冇少,雞件份量都多,肉質滑嫩。坦白講食前真係冇抱太大期望,估唔到有驚喜,打破平野冇好既定律。另一個欣賞佢既地方係佢收到咁平都有自助醬料區,有新鮮辣椒、生蒜、蔥同芫荽,出去打平既邊爐,好多時只會提供乾辣椒碎同炸蒜,所以真係好有誠意🥢自助火鍋配料、小食🥓🥬火鍋配料都有幾十款,肥牛、豚肉、雞肉、丸類、豬紅、豆腐、韓式年糕、芋頭、蟹柳、炸鳳爪、蔬菜等。都surprise佢呢個價錢都提供少少海鮮包括蝦、魷魚同魚柳,蝦雖然細細隻,但都爽口。同埋配料平時食開既招牌薯粉,呢個係必食,記得打哂邊爐既時候落,就可以成個雞煲既精華。自助小食有涼拌雲耳、炸燒賣、

🥢自助火鍋配料、小食🥓🥬
火鍋配料都有幾十款,肥牛、豚肉、雞肉、丸類、豬紅、豆腐、韓式年糕、芋頭、蟹柳、炸鳳爪、蔬菜等。都surprise佢呢個價錢都提供少少海鮮包括蝦、魷魚同魚柳,蝦雖然細細隻,但都爽口。同埋配料平時食開既招牌薯粉,呢個係必食,記得打哂邊爐既時候落,就可以成個雞煲既精華。自助小食有涼拌雲耳、炸燒賣、炸春卷同我最鍾意既涼拌土豆絲,呢個撈埋薯粉食會生色好多。我仲額外叫左我每次黎傷心酸辣粉都叫既凍檸茶,成件事覺得好圓滿
