還記得兩年前一家三口來到The Continental吃晚餐, 那時候, 還拍下一張合照. 這晚再來, 匆匆兩年間, 大家也轉變了. 而The Continental亦有改變, 環境, 裝修亦有點不一樣.Happy Hour的時候來到, 酒吧部份很熱鬧, 但其實帶著幼兒來, 一樣無問題, 這裡的幼兒配套很充足, 亦有兒童餐供小晴晴享用. 我試了少許她的Hidden Vegetable Bolognaise Penne Pasta, 很醒胃, 她可是吃了不少呢.麵包: 由香草包開始這頓晚餐, 質感鬆軟, 小晴晴很喜歡吃, 始終小朋友, 有包包吃, 已經很滿足.Spanish Mackerel: 9分, 頭盤是馬鮫魚, 特別之處是用上清酒去醃製, 入口帶酒香, 更能把魚的鮮味帶出來, 配上柚子忌廉, 以及海葡萄, 整個感覺是很清新, 動人.Foie Gras Torchon: 9分, 接下來的是鵝肝Torchon, 不得了, 份量十足的鵝肝, 很香濃, 細滑, 配上多士, 蜂蜜花紛粒, 蜂巢, 以及西柚同吃, 正好起了很好的平衡作用, 每口鵝肝, 也帶有蜜糖的甜味, 就算超標, 也沒有辦法

Dorade Amandine: 8.5分, 魚類主菜選來的是鯛魚, 用燕麥片煎過後的外層是相當香脆, 內裡的肉質仍然保持嫩滑的狀態, 加上蘑菇, fregola, 以及杏仁, 是挺香口的配搭.

Rangers Valley “Black Market” Beef Rib Cap Steak: 9分, 最令人期待的, 還是這客牛肋肉, Beef Rib Cap Steak. 用上Josper去烤, 火候控制得好, 中間呈粉紅色, 肉質嫩滑, 很有肉味, 點上port wine去吃, 更起了畫龍點睛的作用. 旁邊配上藍芝士, 想不到的是, 牛肋肉的肉味, 跟藍芝士的濃郁芝士味, 是相當匹配的, 很精彩的一道菜式.

Bombe Alaska: 9分, 最後的甜品是Bombe Alaska, 賣相超級精緻, 用上的Frangelico雪糕, 酒香突出, 加上越南咖啡的香濃咖啡味道, 實在是賣相, 味道, 跟配搭也很出色的甜品.

由頭盤, 主菜, 到甜品皆有高水準, The Continental實在令人有意料之外的驚喜, 單是一客Rangers Valley “Black Market” Beef Rib Cap Steak, 已經教人回味萬分.
