To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無寫食評見今日閒日晚市人氣幾旺,就寫個食評熱鬧一下!因為之前食咗一餐大閘蟹,心思思想再食,但再買蟹又太貴…所以就諗住食餐有蟹粉嘅菜式可以滿足一下口癮。睇睇餐牌,雖然有蟹嘅菜式只有8款,不過賣相同配搭都算幾吸引。由於金錢所限,今餐只係叫左蟹粉拌麵+蟹粉小籠包+一碟青菜。先嚟拌麵!幼麵同蟹粉嘅比例大約係8比1,蟹粉份量算ok。急不及待拎起筷子想撈起….點知麵結咗一團…撈唔起要加返少少清湯(上菜時配埋)濕潤一下先至撈到。由於地心吸力嘅關係,所有精華包括蟹粉、蟹油,蟹羔都會流晒落麵嘅底下,所以食嘅時候要「撈底」咁食,咁就香啲又好味啲!再嚟蟹粉小籠包!上枱熱辣辣,皮薄,湯汁有蟹油,豬肉有蟹肉,不過蟹黃蟹羔就無,但味道整體好食埋單約$2xx,食到啖啖蟹粉算好滿足。決定遲下再食佢個2人蟹粉下午茶,食完味道OK再同各位分享一下!
