筲箕灣安利相信冇乜人唔識,但係你會幫襯邊間安利呢?眾說紛紜。其實兩間我都由細去到大,直至較早前有位好朋友同我講去安利粉面有個口訣就會有好嘢、就係「跟跟佢」,只要你order 好,最後加可「跟跟佢」佢哋就會識做,碗嘢特別靚,我聽完覺得好正好好笑,所以我特登用咗兩日時間分別去兩次一次講懶係嘢扮熟,一次咩都唔講睇吓有咩分別。第一日去叫碗爽腩墨丸撈粗「跟跟佢」,唔知係咪心理影響,個碗嘢真係有啲唔同,爽腩切到乾乾淨淨,以前切幼絲,又或者唔一定全部都係爽、今次切條,豉油味道剛剛好,面中帶點爽,真係好正。 隔兩日,今次唔講叫碗牛筋坑腩撈,一定唔係心理作用 ,真係好鹹,鹹濕過鹹濕,本身係炆牛筋,再配合豉油撈粗真係鹹上加鹹,可能我嗌錯,蛋係正常都應該知道唔應該落咁多豉油咁樣味道是能夠中和,而且坑腩全部肥膏,食完就要睇醫生啊🩺,雖然兩次實驗不能夠代表什麼,但係朋友們下次老虎蟹點都講呢句「跟跟佢」(笑)
