佐敦吳松街真係好多嘢食,而今次就被一個十分搶眼嘅招牌吸引到,太陽軒飯店專做潮州菜滷水。其中一面廚窗就係滷水部,師傅整齊排列出所有滷味材料,仲有凍魚,大紅蟹一般打冷必備嘅都應有盡有我們首先點左條凍黃花魚,size唔算大,但肉質嫩滑,而且十分肥美,魚肚中嘅魚春都好新鮮,配點豆醬真係一絶滷水拼盤,豆醬底,有五花肉,鵝塊,紅腸,墨魚,滷蛋,豬耳份量都唔少$168算掋食,而且大部份食材都滷得入味我食潮州嘢,有倆樣餸一定會點嘅一就係蠔仔肉碎粥,另一樣就係蠔餅粥好大碗,蠔都好多,差唔多每食倆啖都一定有蠔,加左少許胡椒粉,配住個滷水食,真係好食而蠔餅同平時食開嘅比較呢度比較少油,當然口感就無平時食到嘅咁脆,食起黎都唔錯,起碼健康先沙煲老爺雞,係經理哥哥推介之一,用豆醬喺沙煲內炆到個雞入晒味,聽起黎係咪好吸引,但個人認為無想像中咁驚喜,因為個汁比較普通,反而令我驚喜係個煲底有入晒味又好爽口嘅馬碲食左咁多肉叫個菜黎平衡吓,云腿扒四季蔬老實講我都係第一次食反砂糊,比想像中外層嘅糖砂,原來都幾厚,內裏芋頭好香,好好食。
