旺角美食聚多,今日我同朋友去食砵蘭街嘅串燒王。 串燒王店內桌上有纸碟和竹筷子,也有辣椒粉和孜然粉,可以自己拎黎用,好方便。 先黎蒜蓉金針菇,是焗嘅,裡面有辣椒粒,有微辣,又有濃郁嘅金菇味,可以將金菇味鎖係錫纸內,好惹味。 再黎一大碟,上面放左不同嘅串燒肉。羊肉串夠大串,好有新彊風味,沒羶味,加上孜然粉,非常美味。 豬大腸燒得夠脆,肉質適中,唔肥腻,無過火。 牛舌彈牙,不薄,夠厚身,有咬口,夠鬆軟。 日本鹿兒岛一口豚外脆內軟,咬落juicy,燒得恰到好處,肉汁鎖係肉中。 一口和牛粒大小適中,好有肉味,有口感,軟硬適中。 雞軟骨28元有2串,抵食。 食串燒配可樂,簡直絕配。
