聖誕假期突然連續兩日天氣低過10度,真係唔打邊爐都對唔住自己,去咗朋友介紹話材料好新鮮嘅沙田頭打邊爐。人大左真係覺得食野應該重質不重量,自己散叫打邊爐 有時真係好過食放題好多。天氣咁凍 叫左個胡椒鹹菜豬肚鍋暖下胃,個鍋超級多豬肚 食極都食唔完,豬肚處理得好好 薄身既豬肚好爽口,湯底微辣唔會太咸 可以當湯飲。叫咗個四寶餃、入面最好食係雲吞同埋鳳城水餃。手打蝦丸同墨魚丸都好好食,尤其是蝦丸,真係好彈牙。個安格斯牛肉真係好靚,油花分布平均,六幾下就熟,放入口充滿好濃郁嘅牛香味,完全唔會有筋。另外都不得不讚隻文昌雞,有雞味之餘,仲好嫩滑,隻雞切得都幾靚。個生菜好新鮮好嫩,仲有淮山同萵筍,萵筍好鮮甜。
