To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最愛吃米線醫肚,一來性價比高,價錢經濟,二來方便速食。通常都是離不開湯米線,但見圖片好像蠻吸引,那這次一試拌麵吧,有熱食或涼拌選擇。拌麵像湯麵一樣自己加配料。米線的腍度及韌度剛好,醬汁濃味,沒想到更加開胃惹味。涼拌米線:涼拌米線的佐料有肉醬、榨菜、鹹菜、花生、蔥花及辣醬汁。配料加了日式鱈魚豆腐及墨魚丸。第一次吃這鱈魚豆腐,原來是油炸過的,外皮炸至金黃,內裡白滑彈牙,口感像白魚丸。拌麵比湯的更濃香惹味,不過吃到底醬汁都浸著米線,令那些麵條較鹹。
