To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年第一頓羊腩煲,是在這間「靠得住粥麵小館」分店吃的。吃的是午餐,來到這小館的時候才剛剛中午十二時,想不到竟然已有這個包括「古法枝竹羊肉煲配唐生菜」和「金銀蒜粉絲蒸開邊蝦」在內的「秋冬滋補組合」($268)可以吃。雖然不是更寒冷的冬夜,但冬日裡的氣溫仍然甚低,只得十度多些,吃一個暖笠笠的羊腩煲暖暖胃仍是甚好。先說羊腩煲,羊腩大概有七至八件左右,肉都幾多,不會骨大肉少,而且羊腩都幾肥美,配以濃郁惹味的湯汁,讓一整年沒吃過羊腩煲的我相當滿足。至於其他配料,索汁的枝竹、冬菇、馬蹄等物,加上份量都算幾多的唐生菜,也讓這羊腩煲變得更加好味。約有五至六隻蝦的「金銀蒜粉絲蒸開邊蝦」也是惹味之物,大量的金銀蒜加上醬油,正是美味之源,不過蝦沒挑蝦腸,需要自己挑出污穢之物,就不太好,而且最佳配角的粉絲不夠多,也令我覺得不太夠喉。單吃羊腩煲和開邊蝦當然不夠,怎麼說也要來碗白飯吧!另叫的「茉莉香米白飯」($10)軟硬適中,把羊腩煲的惹味湯汁澆上飯面吃,特別好味。還點了「時令燉湯」,是「杏汁白肺湯」($38)。這湯湯味不錯,除豬肺外,還有少許瘦肉,才四十元不到,都算幾抵飲。今年的第一頓羊腩煲,就是這樣嚐過了。

先說羊腩煲,羊腩大概有七至八件左右,肉都幾多,不會骨大肉少,而且羊腩都幾肥美,配以濃郁惹味的湯汁,讓一整年沒吃過羊腩煲的我相當滿足。至於其他配料,索汁的枝竹、冬菇、馬蹄等物,加上份量都算幾多的唐生菜,也讓這羊腩煲變得更加好味。
